Payment
- Prices quoted are nett and
in SGD
- Payment can be made through
credit cards (VISA, MASTER)
- Full Payment must be made
before delivery.
Confirmation /
Change / Cancellation of Order
- No cancellation of order
is accepted and all flowers/plants/goods sold
are non exchangeable and non refundable.
- If you wish to change your
order, a notification of 24 hours is required
for bouquets/arrangements and 2 weeks notice
is required for wedding/venue floral decorations.
- An email confirmation will
be sent to you upon receipt of your order. If
you do not hear from us within 3 hours, do give
us a call at (65) 6342 2708.
Delivery
Services
- Delivery service comes
free with all orders. However, a surcharge of
S$15 will be imposed for redirection of orders.
- For delivery on Sunday or
public holiday, a surcharge of S$15 is applicable.
- We will give our best efforts
to deliver the items at your requested delivery
time.
Seasonal Availability

Availability
- Due to seasonal and regional
availability of flowers / vases / baskets /
containers / gifts items or fruits, not all
flowers / arrangement shown on our website are
available all the time. Heaven’s Touch
reserves the right to substitute appropriate
flowers / vases / baskets / containers / gifts
items or fruits of equal or greater value in
the event that the flowers / vases / baskets
/ containers / gifts items or fruits featured
is / are unavailable at the time of ordering.

DISCLAIMER
Heaven’s Touch reserves
the right to reject any order in any case.
We may put orders on
hold until sender replies to our telephone calls
or email. If the sender does not respond within
a reasonable period of time (e.g. 3 hours), we
would deem the order as void and cancelled to
prevent fraud.
